摘要
目的探讨不同针刺法分期治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法将2015年3月—2017年3月该院60例面肌痉挛患者分实验组(不同针刺法分期治疗,30例)和对照组(普通针刺,30例),对比观察两组临床疗效。结果实验组临床治愈率(33.33%)、治疗总有效率(86.67%)高于对照组,复发率(3.33%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.814,P=0.07;χ~2=9.514,P=0.012;χ~2=8.631,P=0.027)。结论根据面肌痉挛分期个体化予以患者不同刺法的针刺治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,减少复发,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of different acupuncture methods in the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Methods From March 2015 to March 2017,60 patients with hemifacial spasm in our hospital were divided into experimental group(several acupuncture method,30 cases)and control group(common acupuncture,30 cases),the efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical cure rate(33.33%)and total effective rate(86.67%)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the recurrence rate(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=15.814,P=0.07;χ^2=9.514,P=0.012;χ^2=8.631,P=0.027).Conclusion According to the individualization of hemifacial spasm,the acupuncture treatment of patients with different stab methods is effective,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce recurrence,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
