摘要
目的探讨心脉隆注射液加曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭的治疗作用。方法纳入该院100例2017年2月—2018年4月慢性心力衰竭患者。随机数字表分组,对照组选择曲美他嗪治疗,观察组则选择曲美他嗪加上心脉隆注射液治疗。比对两组疗效;病情得到控制的天数;施治前后患者心脏指数以及左心室射血分数;肝肾功能、血尿常规异常等的出现率。结果观察组相比对照组疗效较高(χ~2=8.222,P<0.05)。观察组治愈、好转、无效、总疗效分别是42例、7例、1例、49例(98.00%),对照组治愈、好转、无效、总疗效分别是14例、26例、10例、40例(80.00%)。观察组病情得到控制的天数(3.11±1.31)d更有优势,对照组是(6.24±1.45)d(t=7.032,P<0.05)。施治后观察组心脏指数以及左心室射血分数(2.78±0.34)L/min、(62.19±4.35)%优于对照组(2.34±0.24)L/min、(52.20±4.31)%,(t=6.922、7.031,P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪加上心脉隆注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效肯定。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xinmailong injection plus trimetazidine on chronic heart failure.Methods 100 patients with chronic heart failure from February 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled in our hospital.The random number table was divided into groups.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine plus Xinmailong injection.The efficacy of the two groups was compared;the number of days in which the condition was controlled;the cardiac index and left ventricular ejection fraction before and after treatment;the incidence of liver and kidney function,abnormal hematuria,etc.Results The observation group was more effective than the control group(χ^2=8.222,P<0.05).The observation group was cured,improved,and ineffective.The total curative effect was 42 cases,7 cases,1 cases,and 49 cases(98.00%),respectively.The control group was cured,improved,and ineffective.The total curative effect was 14 cases,26 cases,10 cases,40 cases(80.00%).The number of days in which the disease was controlled in the observation group was(3.11±1.31)d,and the control group was(6.24±1.45)d(t=7.032,P<0.05).After treatment,the cardiac index and left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group were(2.78±0.34)L/min,(62.19±4.35)%,which was better than the control group(2.34±0.24)L/min,(52.20±4.31)%(t=6.922,7.031,P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of trimetazidine plus Xinmailong injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure is positive.
