摘要
随着我国新技术、新业态的快速发展以及对工程科技人才的要求不断提高,交通运输应用型人才培养应符合新工科建设和发展要求。分析了交通运输专业的发展现状及人才培养困境,探索了面向新工科的交通运输专业人才培养体系,确立"宽广的基础知识与专精的工程能力"相结合的人才培养新目标,建立"平台课+专业核心课+专业方向课"的课程新体系,同时人才引进与进修培训并重,建立教学科研与工程实践能力兼备的教学团队。
with the rapid development of new technology and new industry in China and the increasing demand for engineering talents, the training of transportation and transportation applied talents should meet the requirements of the construction and development of new engineering. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of transportation major and the plight of personnel training, explores the training system of transportation professional talents facing the new engineering, and establishes the new goal of training the talents with the combination of broad basic knowledge and specialized engineering ability, and sets up a new curriculum of "platform course + specialized core course + professional direction course" At the same time, talent introduction and training should be equally emphasized, and the teaching team with the ability of teaching, scientific research and engineering practice should be established.
