摘要
结合专业建设背景和学科建设基础,对电气工程及其自动化专业卓越工程师人才培养进行探索;按照"卓越工程师教育培养"(以下简称"卓越计划")计划确定本校本专业培养目标和本专业工程能力的培养目标,构建了产学合作机制,并开展工程化师资队伍建设,实现卓越工程师人才的就地培养。
Combining with the background of professional construction and the foundation of discipline construction, the cultivation of excellent engineers in electrical engineering and automation was explored in the paper. According to the "Excellent Engineers Plan", the professional training objectives and the training of professional engineering abilities were determined in our school. The industry-university cooperation mechanism was constructed, and the building of engineering teachers was carried out, so as to realize the local training for excellent engineers.
