摘要
目的探讨不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗老年冠心病患者对其血气指标的影响。方法 150例老年冠心病患者,随机分为A组和B组,每组75例。A组患者给予小剂量辛伐他汀进行治疗, B组患者给予大剂量辛伐他汀进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血气指标、血脂指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者氧分压(PaO_2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者PaO_2、PaCO_2水平均较本组治疗前改善,且B组PaO_2(78.24±2.17)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、PaCO_2(53.65±2.03)mm Hg优于A组的(62.01±2.39)、(62.98±1.33)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平均较本组治疗前改善,且B组优于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者不良反应发生率为9.33%,与A组的6.67%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过大剂量辛伐他汀对老年冠心病患者展开治疗可促进血气、血脂指标的有效改善,且不良反应不会增多。
Objective To discuss the effect of different doses of simvastatin on blood gas index in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 150 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 75 cases in each group. Group A received low-dose simvastatin for treatment, and group B received high-dose simvastatin for treatment. Comparison were made on blood gas index, blood lipid index before and after treatment and adverse reactions between the two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2) and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2) levels(P>0.05). After treatment, both groups had improved PaO2 and PaCO2 than those before treatment, and group B had better PaO2 as(78.24±2.17) mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa) and PaCO2 as(53.65±2.03) mm Hg than(62.01±2.39) and(62.98±1.33) mm Hg in group A. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) levels(P>0.05). After treatment, both groups had improved TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C level than those before treatment, and group B was better than group A. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Group B had no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions as 9.33%, comparing with 6.67% in group A(P>0.05). Conclusion High-dose simvastatin can promote the effective improvement of blood gas and lipid index in elderly patients with coronary heart disease without increase of adverse reactions.
