摘要
目的分析分娩球联合自由体位助产护理干预对初产妇的影响。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的初产妇80例,将其随机分为2组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,基于此观察组实施分娩球联合自由体位助产护理干预。比较两组阴道分娩率、产时VAS评分、各产程时间以及产后出血量。结果在阴道分娩率方面,观察组为92.5%较对照组70.0%显著较高(χ~2=16.615 4,P=0.000)。在产时VAS评分方面,观察组较对照组显著较低,而在产后出血量方面,观察组较对照组显著较少(t=2.113 5、2.114 7,P=0.032、0.002)。在各产程时间方面,观察组较对照组均显著较短(t=2.959 6、2.114 1、2.154 1、2.258 7,P=0.023、0.011、0.032、0.024)。结论针对初产妇实施分娩球联合自由体位助产护理干预的效果非常显著,即可提升其阴道分娩率,缩短产程时间和减轻产时疼痛,还可减少产后出血量,因此值得临床应用推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of childbirth ball combined with free position midwifery nursing intervention on primipara. Methods 80 primiparas were convenient admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018. They were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases each. The control group was given routine care, and based on this observation group, the delivery ball was combined with the free position midwifery nursing intervention. The vaginal delivery rate, the VAS score at birth, the time of each labor, and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups. Results In terms of vaginal delivery rate, 92.5% in the observation group was significantly higher than 70.0% in the control group, and(χ^2=16.615 4, P=0.000). In the VAS score of the delivery time, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and in the postpartum hemorrhage volume, the observation group was significantly less than the control group,(t=2.113 5、2.114 7, P=0.032、0.002). In terms of labor time, the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group(t=2.959 6、2.114 1、2.154 1、2.258 7, P=0.023、0.011、0.032、0.024). Conclusion The effect of the birthing ball combined with free position midwifery nursing intervention for primipara is very significant, which can improve the vaginal delivery rate, shorten the labor time and reduce the pain during birth, and reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, so it is worthy of clinical application.
