摘要
目的探讨皮瓣修复在手部组织缺损修复中的临床效果。方法便利选取2017年1月—2018年1月期间收治的60例行局部转移皮瓣修复的手部组织缺损患者作为研究对象,对其临床诊治效果进行分析与总结。结果经适宜的局部转移皮瓣修复后,96.67%患者修复成功,3.33%患者出现小部分坏死,经创口换药及相应处理后基本修复。对所有成活病例开展定期随访并记录,回访显示,患者伤指外形较好,质地柔软,皮肤弹性、毛细血管等反应良好。患者均于术后(9.26±0.48)周愈合,患者满意度评分(8.25±1.06)分。结论皮瓣修复在手部组织缺损修复中具有显著效果,兼顾美观、功能恢复,具有较高应用价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of flap repair in the repair of hand tissue defects. Methods 60 patients with hand tissue defect repaired by local metastasis flaps from January 2017 to January 2018 were convenient selected as the research subjects. The clinical diagnosis and treatment results were analyzed and summarized. Results After the repair of the appropriate local transfer flap, 96.67% of the patients were successfully repaired, and 3.33% of the patients had a small amount of necrosis. After the wound dressing and corresponding treatment, the basic repair was performed. Regular follow-up and recording of all surviving cases were carried out. The return visit showed that the patient’s injured finger had a good shape, soft texture, good skin elasticity and capillary reaction. All patients were healed at(9.26 ±0.48) weeks after surgery, and the patient satisfaction score was(8.25±1.06)points. Conclusion Flap repair has a significant effect in the repair of hand tissue defects, taking into account the aesthetic and functional recovery, and has a high application value.
