摘要
目的对该院1例老年心功能不全患者发生白细胞减少的病案资料予以分析和研究。方法于2017年6月25日入院的老年男性患者,其原因为心功能不全入院,在院期间先后给予抗感染、降压、护胃、护肝、补充维生素等治疗方案,对其病案资料予以总结。结果于入院第18天出现白细胞低于正常值,入院第19天停用头孢哌酮舒巴坦,改用美罗培南后白细胞恢复正常。结论对该病例中发生白细胞降低的原因进行分析,极可能为头孢哌酮舒巴坦造成的不良反应。
Objective To analyze and study the case data of leukopenia in a patient with senile cardiac insufficiency in our hospital. Methods The elderly male patients admitted to the hospital on June 25, 2017 were hospitalized for cardiac insufficiency. During the hospital, they were given anti-infective, antihypertensive, gastric-protecting, liver-protecting and vitamin-adding treatments and were summarized. Results On the 18 th day after admission, white blood cells were lower than normal. On the 19 th day after admission, cefoperazone sulbactam was stopped, and the white blood cells returned to normal after switching to meropenem. Conclusion The cause of leukopenia in this case is analyzed and is most likely an adverse reaction caused by cefoperazone sulbactam.
