T肽对肾癌细胞抗肿瘤效应和免疫微环境的影响

摘要 目的:探讨T肽对肾癌细胞抗肿瘤效应和免疫微环境的影响。方法:将人肾癌细胞培养皿分成A组、B组,A组培养皿加入100μL生理盐水,B组培养皿加入T肽50μg/100μL,对比两组培养皿肾癌细胞的凋亡情况,同时测定趋化因子CCL5、CCL20和CCL22等的表达情况。结果:B组干预后癌细胞凋亡率显著高于A组(P<0.05);B组CC趋化因子水平均显著低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:T肽可以有效抑制肾癌细胞分化繁殖,同时能够对肾癌细胞免疫微环境产生显著影响。
