摘要
目的:探讨在呼吸内科采用西药药剂师干预对药物合理使用的影响。方法:选择2015年9月耀2016年9月商丘市长征人民医院呼吸内科收治的感染患者40例为对照组,2016年10月耀2017年10月我院呼吸内科收治的感染患者40例为观察组。对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用西药药剂师干预。比较两组抗菌药物使用情况以及不合理用药情况。结果:对照组抗菌药物总使用率为87.5%,高于观察组的52.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不合理用药总比例为47.62%低于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在呼吸内科采用西药药剂师干预能减少抗菌药物不合理使用,降低不良反应发生率,促进抗菌药物合理使用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Western medicine pharmacist intervention on rational use of drugs in department of respiratory medicine. Methods:40 patients with infection in the department of respiratory medicine in Shangqiu Changzheng people’s hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected as control group, while 40 patients with infection in the department of respiratory medicine from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as observation group. Control group was given routine intervention, while observation group was given Western medicine pharmacist intervention. The use of antibacterial drugs and irrational drug use were compared between the two groups. Results:The total use rate antibacterial drugs in control group was 87.5%, which was higher than 52.5% of observation group(P<0.05);The total rate of irrational drug use in observation group was 47.62%, which was lower than 77.14% in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Western medicine pharmacist intervention in department of respiratory medicine can reduce the irrational use rate of antibacterial drugs, decrease the incidence of adverse reactions, promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs.
