摘要
在新时代背景下,我国医院标准化体系发展正处于一个大有可为的历史机遇期。文章梳理了我国卫生标准管理体系发展的基本现状,介绍了我国医院质量管理标准化的实践探索,分析了当前医院标准化发展的政策环境及所面临的机遇与挑战,进而提出了顺应健康中国战略和深化"放管服"改革的时代要求,把握关键、有序推进医院标准化发展的策略建议。
In the historical background of the new times,the development of hospital standard system is in a period of great historical opportunity in China.This paper described the current situation of the development of standard system of health management by introducing the practice exploration of the hospital quality management standards,analyzing the policy environment and the opportunity and challenge of the standard development.Then,the strategy recommendations of adapting to the "Healthy China Strategy",deepening the time requirement of "Power Devolution-Management-Service" reform and grasping the key point to advance the development of hospital standardization orderly are proposed.
