Design of remote monitoring system of culvert steel skeleton seam welders

摘要 为满足工作人员对作业现场滚焊机随时随地监测的需求,在研究了滚焊机机械结构和健康状况影响因素的基础上,构建了滚焊机监测的指标体系;针对监测参数多的特点,设计了MODBUS数据采集网络系统,通过数据传输单元,基于GPRS或4G信号,实现采集数据远程传输;分析了滚焊机远程监测系统功能需求,开发了滚焊机远程监测系统软件.系统试运行结果表明,该系统设计方案合理,运行稳定,能够满足滚焊机远程监测的需求. In order to monitor seam welders anytime and anywhere, we study the mechanical structure and the influence factors of the health condition of seam welders, and construct the index system for monitoring seam welders. In the paper, the MODBUS data acquisition network system is designed, which is fit for collecting many kinds of signals. The long-distance transmission of the collected data is realized through the data transmission unit based on GPRS or 4G, the functional requirements of the remote monitoring system of the seam welder is analyzed, and the remote monitoring system of the seam welder is developed. The trial run shows that the system design is reasonable, and can meet the requirements of remote monitoring of the seam welder.
