摘要
1例91岁男性患者,确诊肺癌1个月余。11 d前给予帕博利珠单抗(100 mg,ivgtt)进行免疫治疗,用药后患者出现间断发热,胸闷、喘憋加重,为进一步治疗入院。入院后胸部CT提示左肺大量炎性渗出,考虑可能是帕博利珠单抗导致的免疫相关性肺炎,给予糖皮质激素治疗7 d后,患者左肺下叶炎性渗出较前明显吸收,病情明显好转,5 d后出院。
A 91-year-old male patient diagnosed as lung cancer for more than one month developed intermittent fever, chest tightness and wheezing after taking pembrolizumab (100 mg, ivgtt) eleven days ago. The patient was admitted to hospital for further treatment. After admission, chest CT scan showed a large amount of inflammatory exudation in the left lung, and the immuneassociated pneumonia caused by pembrolizumab was considered. Glucocorticoid was given to the patient. Seven days later, the inflammatory exudation of the left lower lobe was significantly absorbed, and the patient was discharged five days later.
