摘要
目的:探讨临床药师对肝病患者辅助用药临床应用的药学干预效果。方法:分析2016年1月–2018年8月我院肝病患者辅助用药的使用不合理率、不合理用药主要存在的问题及全院发生不良反应病例中辅助用药构成比情况,对比临床药师干预前后辅助用药使用的不合理情况,评价药学干预后的效果。结果:干预后肝病患者辅助用药的使用不合理率由干预前的1.60%下降到0.72%(P <0.01),主要存在的问题中联合用药种类较多、无适应证用药的例数明显下降,基本不存在重复用药情况,辅助用药引起不良反应的发生率由干预前的49.26%下降到42.24%(P <0.01)。结论:临床药师通过对肝病患者辅助用药临床应用进行药学干预,促进了肝病患者辅助用药的合理应用,降低了辅助用药药占比。
Objective: To explore the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on clinical application of adjuvant medication for liver diseases by clinical pharmacists. Methods: The rate of irrational use of adjuvant medication for liver disease and its forms, the proportion of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) caused by adjuvant medications for liver diseases in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 were analyzed. Irrational use of adjuvant medication for liver disease before and after pharmaceutic intervention by clinical pharmacist was compared to explore the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on adjuvant medication for liver disease. Results: The rate of unreasonable use of adjuvant drugs in patients with liver disease decreased from 1.60% before intervention to 0.72% after intervention (P < 0.01), which was mainly manifested in combined medication with too many kinds. After intervention, cases using drugs without indication obviously decreased and there was no repeated use of drugs basically. The incidence of ADRs caused by adjuvant medication decreased from 49.26% before intervention to 42.24% after intervention (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists could promote the rational application of adjuvant medication in patients with liver diseases and reduce its drug proportion through pharmaceutical intervention.
