摘要
目的:探讨复方木尼孜其颗粒口服联合氨甲环酸溶液湿敷及激光照射在女性黄褐斑患者中应用效果。方法:选取我院收治的女性黄褐斑患者82例,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组41例给予维生素C+维生素E+氨甲环酸溶液湿敷+激光照射治疗,观察组41例给予复方木尼孜其颗粒+氨甲环酸溶液湿敷+激光照射治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果及治疗前、治疗8周后血清促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平变化情况,并统计两组治疗前、治疗8周后生活质量(DLQI)评分变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.68%(38/41),高于对照组75.61%(31/41)(P<0.05);治疗8周后观察组血清LH、FSH、E2水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后观察组DLQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方木尼孜其颗粒口服联合氨甲环酸溶液湿敷、激光照射可显著改善女性黄褐斑患者雌激素水平,提高疗效,提高患者生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the application effect of compound Mu Niqiqi granules combined with tranexamic acid solution wet coating and laser irradiation in female patients with chloasma. Methods: A total of 82 female patients with chloasma were enrolled in our hospital. According to the random number table method, 41 patients in the control group were treated with vitamin C + vitamin E + tranexamic acid solution + laser irradiation, and 41 patients in the observation group were given compound granule + tranexamic acid solution wet compress + laser irradiation treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups and serum luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), estradiol(E 2 ) before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment Level changes, and the changes in quality of life (DLQI) scores before and after 8 weeks of treatment were observed. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%(38/41), which was higher than that of the control group 75.61%(31/41)(P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the serum LH, FSH and E 2 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.(P<0.05);the DLQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 8 weeks of treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of compound Mu Niyi and its granules combined with tranexamic acid solution and laser irradiation can significantly improve the estrogen level in women with chloasma, improve the curative effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
