Objective: To explore the application value of microbiological examination and drug sensitivity test in patients with bacterial infection. Methods: The clinical data of 113 patients with bacterial infection treated in our hospital from September 2016 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were required to undergo microbiological tests and drug sensitivity tests, and the results were analyzed. Results: Among 113 non-repetitive strains, 42 were Enterobacteriaceae, accounting for 37.17%, mainly including Enterobacter, Klebsiella, Escherichia coli, 37 non-fermenting bacteria, accounting for 32.74%, mainly including Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 34 Staphylococcus, accounting for 30.09%, mainly including Staphylococcus aureus. The results of antimicrobial susceptibility test showed that minocycline, compound trimethoprim, ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin had good therapeutic effect on enterobacteriaceae, non-fermenting bacteria and staphylococcus, and the sensitivity of the above antimicrobial agents was all above 85.00%. Conclusion: The susceptibility of different pathogenic bacteria to different types of antimicrobial agents is different. According to the types of pathogenic bacteria in patients with bacterial infection, the drug with higher susceptibility should be selected for treatment to help them alleviate the disease.
