摘要
目的:探究盐酸溴己新联合个性化护理在呼吸道感染中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2016年2月—2018年5月我院收治的50例呼吸道感染患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组例数均等(25人),对照组采用盐酸溴己新治疗,观察组基于对照组基础上加用个性化护理干预,分别观察两组患者临床治疗效果、肺喘鸣音消失所需时间、肺啰音消失所需时间、总依从性率、住院所需时间。结果:观察组总依从率、临床治疗效果均大于对照组(92.00%>64.00%;100.00%>80.00%);肺喘鸣音消失所需时间、肺啰音消失所需时间、住院所需时间均小于对照组(3.32±0.54<5.98±0.11;3.01±0.19<4.28±0.57;6.41±2.67<9.81±1.23)天,P<0.05。结论:给予呼吸道感染患者采用盐酸溴己新联合个性化护理能有效提升临床治疗效果和依从性以及减少疾病恢复所需时间。
Objective: To explore the effect of Bromohexine Hydrochloride combined with individualized nursing in respiratory tract infection. Methods: From February 2016 to May 2018, 50 patients with respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with the same number of cases in each group. The control group was treated with Bromohexine Hydrochloride. The observation group was treated with individualized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical treatment effect, the time required for the disappearance of lung wheezing sound, the time required for the disappearance of lung rale sound, the total compliance rate and the time required for hospitalization were observed in the two groups. Results: The total compliance rate and clinical effect of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(92.00%>64.00%;100.00%>80.00%). The time required for the disappearance of lung wheezing and the disappearance of lung rale, and the time required for hospitalization in the control group were lower than those in the control group (3.32±0.54<5.98±0.113.01±0.19<4.28±0.570.41 ±2.67<9.81±1.23) days (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Bromohexine Hydrochloride and individualized nursing can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and reduce the time and compliance of the patients with respiratory tract infection. This treatment model has unique advantages and is worthy of popularizing the application.
