摘要
目的探讨红芍防褥膏敷贴在预防长期卧床患者压疮发生中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年6月至2018年6月收治的脑出血、脑梗死、股骨颈骨折患者160例作为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加用红芍防褥膏外敷受压皮肤,比较两组患者皮肤颜色改变率、硬结发生率、受压部位体表温度升高率、压疮发生率。结果观察组患者皮肤颜色改变发生率、硬结发生率、主要受压部位体表温度升高率、压疮发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论红芍防褥膏敷贴能够有效预防压疮,促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate the application effect of pressure sore of sticking nursing with Hongshao anti-bedsore ointment and its influence for patient's rehabilitation. Methods To select 160 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and femoral neck fracture who were admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine nursing, while on the basis of routine nursing, the observation group was given Hongshao anti-bedsore ointment on the externally pressed skin. The skin color change rate, induration rate, body surface temperature increase rate and pressure sore incidence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of skin color change, the incidence of induration, the increase in body surface temperature of the main compression site, and the incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Hongshao anti-bedsore ointment can prevent pressure sores effectively and promote the recovery of patients.
