摘要
目的探讨隔姜艾盒灸对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)手术患者焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2018年6月于我院接受手术治疗的58例ASO患者为研究对象,按照患者住院单双号将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予隔姜艾盒灸。比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果术后7 d,观察组患者SAS,SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论隔姜艾盒灸能够有效改善ASO手术患者负性情绪,促进其术后康复。
Objective To discuss the effect of moxibustion with ginger on anxiety and depression of patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO) surgery. Methods To select 58 cases of patients with ASO who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects. These patients were divided into observation group and control group according to single and double numbers of hospitalization number of them. The control group was given routine nursing. On the basis of the control group, the moxibustion with ginger was given to the patients in the observation group. The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores were compared between the two groups. Results At 7 days after the surgery, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Moxibustion with ginger can improve the negative emotion of patients with ASO surgery effectively and promote their postoperative recovery.
