摘要
目的探讨循证护理基础上的临床路径在甲状腺疾病患者围术期中的应用效果。方法选取本院2013年1月至2018年4月收治的80例甲状腺疾病手术患者作为研究对象,随机等分成对照组和研究组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用循证护理基础上的临床路径,观察两组护理依从性、自我护理技能、自我护理责任感、甲状腺知识水平、总分变化,观察并发症发生情况变化。结果研究组在护理依从性、自我护理技能、自我护理责任感、甲状腺知识水平、总分上均显著高于对照组;研究组并发症发生情况明显低于对照组。结论循证护理基础上的临床护理路径能提高甲状腺疾病患者围术期护理质量,增强自我护理能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway based on evidence-based nursing in perioperative period of patients with thyroid diseases. Methods To select 80 cases of patients with thyroid disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to April 2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and study group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was treated by routine nursing, while the study group was given clinical pathway based on evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing compliance, self-care skills, self-care responsibility, thyroid knowledge, total score changes, observation of complications in the two groups were observed. Results The nursing compliance, self-care skills, self-care responsibility, thyroid knowledge level, and total score in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway based on evidence-based nursing can improve the quality of perioperative nursing for patients with thyroid disease. In addition, it can enhance self-care ability.
