摘要
目的探讨影响老年男性行前列腺电切术后并发急性谵妄的相关因素,为制定针对性护理对策提供依据。方法选取2015年6月至2018年3月我科10例前列腺电切术后并发谵妄的患者作为研究对象,分析确定影响前列腺电切术后并发急性谵妄的因素,并制定针对性护理对策。结果 10例前列腺电切术后并发谵妄的患者均经治疗护理后康复出院。结论针对患者前列腺电切术后并发急性谵妄的原因,采取针对性护理对策可有效减少术后谵妄的发生率,保障患者的安全,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the related factors affecting the incidence of acute delirium among the elderly males after electro-prostatectomy, thus providing evidence for the development of targeted nursing strategies. Methods From June 2015 to March 2018, a total of 10 patients who had delirium after electro-prostatectomy in our department were selected as study subjects. The factors affecting acute delirium after electro-prostatectomy were analyzed, and targeted nursing strategies were developed. Results These 10 patients who had delirium after electro-prostatectomy recovered and were discharged after treatment and nursing. Conclusion For patients with acute delirium after electro-prostatectomy, targeted nursing strategies can reduce the incidence of postoperative delirium effectively, and ensure the safety of patients. Meanwhile, it can promote the early recovery of these patients.
