摘要
目的探讨胰岛素泵安全管理配合饮食干预在胃癌合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月至2018年6月我院收治的胃癌合并糖尿病患者70例作为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用胰岛素泵安全管理配合饮食干预。观察两组患者在入组及术后12,24 h血糖水平以及围手术期相关指标。结果术后12,24 h观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于同期对照组患者(P <0. 05);观察组患者血糖达标时胰岛素用量少于对照组,且血糖达标时间短于对照组,低血糖发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论胰岛素泵安全管理配合饮食干预可明显改善胃癌合并糖尿病患者血糖水平,减少胰岛素用量,缩短血糖达标时间,降低低血糖发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of insulin pump safety management combined with dietary intervention in the nursing of patients with gastric cancer and diabetes. Methods To select 70 cases of patients with gastric cancer and diabetes mellitus who were admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of cases randomly. The control group was provided with routine nursing measures, while the observation group was given insulin pump safety management combined with dietary interventions. Blood glucose levels of patients in the two groups before the enrollment as well as at 12 and 24 hours after surgery and the perioperative related indicators were observed. Results The fasting blood glucose at 12 and 24 hours after the surgery, the blood glucose at 2 hours after the meal, and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). When the blood glucose of the observation group reached the standard, the amount of insulin used was less than that of the control group. Meanwhile, the time for reaching the standard of blood glucose was shorter than that of the control group, and the incidence of hypoglycemia was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Insulin pump safety management combined with dietary intervention can improve blood glucose levels in patients with gastric cancer and diabetes significantly. In addition, it can reduce insulin dosage, shorten blood glucose compliance time, and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
