摘要
在目前的桩基础施工技术中主要有钻孔灌注桩、锤击成桩、静力压桩、人工挖孔桩等施工工艺,但在施工中或多或少存在配套工序多、污染严重、所需作业面大等缺陷。浆固碎石复合桩有效解决了现有桩基施工中的缺点,施工工艺简单易操作,桩体质量好且承载力高;施工快速高效,极大的缩短了桩基施工周期;在场地狭小特别是受地理空间环境制约场所均可以安全可靠的施工,节约了建设成本,提高了经济效益,具有良好的推广应用价值。
At present, the construction technologies of pile foundation mainly include bored piles, hammered piles, static pressure piles, artificial dig-hole piles and so on. However, there are more or less defects in the construction, such as many supporting procedures, serious pollution, large working areas. The composite piles of slurry solid gravel have effectively solved the defects in the existing pile foundation construction. The construction technology is simple and easy to operate. The pile body has good quality and high bearing capacity. The construction is fast and efficient, which greatly shortens the construction period of pile foundation. It can be safely and reliably constructed in a small space, especially in places subject to geospatial environment. There is no need to build wider construction convenience, which saves construction cost and improves economic benefit. It has good comprehensive social benefits and wide application value.
