Safety Analysis of Post Tensioned Pre-stressed Concrete Box Girder Bridge in the Whole Process of Construction-Completion-Operation

摘要 混凝土桥梁全寿命周期的安全分析,对于保证工程建设质量和进度具有重要作用,但由于受预应力施加方法的影响,加之各时期桥梁结构特性存在差异,分析方法较为复杂。为研究预应力箱梁桥在施工、完建、运营整个过程中的结构安全问题,文章以内蒙古G210国道改线工程中阿布亥沟预应力混凝土小跨径连续箱梁桥为工程依托,考虑后张法预应力施工方法和各时期梁桥结构特点、边界条件及荷载变化,采用通用三维有限元分析软件ABAQUS,重点分析了预应力箱梁桥在施工、完建及运营全过程的安全问题。数值分析结果表明:各个时期梁桥受力符合一般规律,结构整体大、小主应力均在混凝土抗拉抗压极限范围内,梁桥整体结构安全;但由于施加钢筋预应力对混凝土具有一定程度挤压作用,会使得预应力端头部混凝土的主压应力有所增加,在设计、施工及运营维护时应予以注意。 The safety analysis of the whole life cycle of concrete bridge plays an important role in ensuring the quality and progress of the construction. However,due to the influence of the pre-stressing application method and the differences in the structural characteristics of the bridges in different periods,the analysis method is more complicated. This paper aims to study the structural safety of the pre-stressed box girder bridge during the whole period of construction,completion and operation. In this paper,Abu Hai ditch pre-stressed concrete small-span continuous box girder bridge in Inner Mongolia G210 national highway rebuilding project was used as the engineering basis. Considering the construction method of post-tensioned pre-stressed and the structural characteristics,boundary conditions and load changes of the girder bridges in each period,safety problems of the pre-stressed box girder bridge during construction,completion and operation were mostly analyzed through the general three-dimensional finite analysis software ABAQUS. The numerical analysis results show that the force of the beam bridge meets the general law in each period. The overall large and small principal stresses of the structure are within the limit of concrete tensile and compressive stress,and the overall structure of the beam bridge is safe. However,due to the pre-stressing of the steel bar,the concrete has a certain degree of extrusion effect. The extrusion will increase the main compressive stress of the concrete at the pre-stressed end,and should be paid attention to during design,construction,operation and maintenance.
