摘要
对成都轨道交通17号线工程TJ05A标φ8580复合式土压平衡盾构机所用的有轴式螺旋机主参数进行分析,阐述了盾构机开挖面出土能力、螺旋机设计长度以及螺旋升角等参数确定方法,通过调节螺旋机转速与闸门开口率控制土仓压力及出土量,保证盾构掘进过程中,开挖面保持压力平衡,促进施工平稳掘进。
The main parameters of the shaft-type screw machine used in the TJ05A standard earth pressure balance shield machine of Chengdu Rail Transit Line 17 project are analyzed.The excavation ability of the excavation face of the shield machine,the design length of the screw machine and the spiral angle are expounded. The parameter determination method controls the pressure and the amount of soil in the silo by adjusting the speed of the screw machine and the opening ratio of the gate to ensure the pressure balance of the excavation surface during the tunneling process and promote the smooth tunneling of the construction.
