摘要
党的十八大以来,意识形态工作取得重大进展,但网络意识形态安全风险问题仍需高度重视,我们要坚决打赢新时代网络意识形态斗争。打赢新时代网络意识形态斗争要充分认识其客观必然性,并正确把握一元指导和多样发展、意识形态线上和线下、立足国内和放眼国际三对辩证关系。打赢新时代网络意识形态斗争要走好网络群众路线,激发网民网络意识形态自觉;加强法治和监管,营造清朗网络空间;创新内容方法,增强网络空间社会主义意识形态的吸引力。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, significant progress in ideological work has been made. But the security risks of network ideology still deserve greater attention, the battle of network ideology in the new era should be won resolutely. For the victory of the network ideology battle in the new era, people should be aware of the objective inevitability in the new era, and deal with three dialectical relationships: the relationship of the guidance by Marxism and multicultural development, the relationship of online ideology and offline ideology, the relationship of basing on China and focusing on the world. And the network mass line should be adopted to arouse netizens’ consciousness of network ideology, strengthen the rule of law and regulation to create clear network space, and upgrade the content and the method to strengthen socialist ideology’s attraction in cyberspace.
