摘要
电力体制的改革深化加剧了供电企业之间的竞争。深入了解企业的资源配置效率,有助于供电企业了解企业的经营状况,应对市场竞争。选取某省电网下属的6个市供电公司2014—2017年的部分面板数据来分析其投入产出情况,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法评价企业绩效。通过各供电公司的投入产出效率的横向对比和历年全要素生产率的变化趋势的纵向对比,找出了省电网资源配置的薄弱环节。研究结果可为企业合理配置资源,提高管理水平,增强核心竞争力提供参考。
The deepening of power system reform has intensified competition among power supply companies. A deep understanding of enterprise resource allocation efficiency will help the power supply enterprise to understand the business status and cope with market competition. Some panel data of six city power supply companies are selected under the provincial power grid from 2014 to 2017 to analyze their input and output condition,and EA-Malmquist index method is used to evaluate enterprise performance. Through the horizontal comparison of the input-output efficiency of each power supply company and the vertical trend of total factor productivity over the years,the weak links of resource allocation of the provincial power grid are found out. The research results can provide reference for enterprises to rationally allocate resources,improve management level and enhance core competitiveness.
