摘要
目的探讨前列地尔联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病神经病变的疗效。方法选取本院2017年4月～2018年4月期间糖尿病神经病变患者96例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各48例。给予观察组前列地尔联合硫辛酸治疗、给予对照组仅前列地尔治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果,并观察组治疗前后患者神经传导速度水平以及疼痛程度。结果①观察组治疗总有效率高达97.92%,高于对照组的83.33%(χ~2=12.527,P<0.05)。②两组治疗后神经传导速度较治疗前均有所提高;且观察组治疗后神经传导速度、治疗前后传导速度差值高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=13.837、15.828,P<0.05)。③两组治疗后VAS评分低于治疗前均显著;且观察组治疗后VAS评分较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(t=10.387,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病神经病变可采用前列地尔联合硫辛酸治疗,效果确切,可有效降低患者疼痛程度,改善神经传导速度,临床实用价值较高,可推广使用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of alprostadil combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy. Methods 96 patients with diabetic neuropathy received in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomLy divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Alprostadil Combined with lipoic acid, and the control group was treated with alprostadil only. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared, and the level of nerve conduction velocity and the degree of pain in the observation group before and after treatment were compared. Results ①The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.92%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.33%)(χ^2=12.527, P<0.05).②After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity of the two groups was higher than that of the control group, and the difference of nerve conduction velocity between the two groups was higher after treatment(t=13.837, 15.828, P<0.05).③After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(t=10.387, P<0.05). Conclusion Alprostadil combined with lipoic acid can be used to treat diabetic neuropathy with definite effect. It can effectively reduce pain and improve nerve conduction velocity in patients with diabetic neuropathy. It has high clinical practical value and can be widely used.
