摘要
目的观察健腰中药方在脊柱退行性病变微创介入治疗中的临床应用效果。方法以2016年1～10月期间收治的84例退行性病变微创介入治疗患者为研究对象,按治疗方案差异(是否应用健腰中药方)分为观察组(46例)和对照组(38例),对照组采用单纯微创介入治疗,观察组在对照组微创介入治疗基础上给予健腰中药方治疗。比较两组患者不同治疗时间段(术前、术后3个月、6个月、12个月)的临床疗效、X线片脊柱椎体高度、脊柱中医证候积分的差异。结果两组患者治疗后3个月、6个月的优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后12个月后优良率比较,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月,两组患者的脊柱中医证候积分、腰腿疼痛VAS评分均显著下降,X线片脊柱椎体高度显著提升(P<0.05);但在同一随访时间段,腰腿疼痛VAS评分、中医证候积分比较,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而X线片脊柱椎体高度比较,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健腰中药方可显著提升脊柱退行性病变微创介入治疗的临床远期疗效,改善患者腰腿疼痛症状、中医证候积分及脊柱凸型病变。
Objective To observe the clinical application of Jianyao Chinese medicine prescription in minimally invasive interventional treatment of spinal degenerative diseases. Methods Eighty-four patients with minimally invasive interventional treatment of degenerative lesions admitted between January 2016 and October 2016 were included in the study. According to the difference of treatment regimens(whether or not the application of Jianyao Chinese medicine prescription), the patients were divided into the observation group (46 cases) and the control group (38 cases). The control group was treated with minimally invasive interventional therapy. The observation group was additionally given Jianyao Chinese medicine prescription. The clinical efficacy, X-ray spine vertebral height, and spine TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared at different treatment periods(preoperative,and 3,6,and 12 months postoperative). Results There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate between the two groups at 3 months and 6 months after treatment(P>0.05). The excellent and good rate at 12 months after treatment was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). At 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months after treatment, the TCM syndrome scores and the VAS scores of the lumbar and leg pain of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the height of the spine in the X-ray films was significantly increased(P<0.05). However, during the same follow-up period, the VAS scores of the lumbar and leg pain and the TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05), and the height of the vertebral body in the X-ray films was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Jianyao Chinese medicine prescription can significantly improve the long-term clinical efficacy of minimally invasive interventional therapy for spinal degenerative diseases, and improve the symptoms of lumbar and leg pain, TCM syndrome scores and convex lesions of the spine.
