摘要
目的:观察美式整脊配合传统推拿对颈性眩晕患者预后的影响分析。方法:168例颈性眩晕患者按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(n=84)和对照组(n=84)。观察组采用美式整脊配合传统推拿治疗,对照组采用传统推拿治疗。观察比较两组患者临床治疗疗效、眩晕消失所需要的治疗次数、眩晕消失时间、NDI评分及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的治愈率、好转率和总有效率均明显高于对照组,且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者眩晕消失所需要的治疗次数及时间明显少于对照组,且比较两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。NDI显示,治疗后两组患者的颈椎功能均有所提高,观察组的效果优于对照组,且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均未出现明显的不良事件。结论:美式整脊配合传统推拿治疗颈性眩晕的效果好、起效性快、安全性高,可以有效的提高患者的颈椎功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the influence of American chiropractic therapy combined with traditional massage on the prognosis of patients with cervical vertigo(CV). Methods: 168 patients with CV were divided into observation group(n=84) and controlled group(n=84) by the random number table method. The observation group was treated with American chiropractic therapy combined with traditional massage,while the controlled group was treated with traditional massage. The clinical curative effect,treatment times for vertigo disappearing,the time for vertigo disappearing,the NDI score and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The cure rate,improvement rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the controlled group(P<0.05). The treatment times and time for vertigo disappearing in the observation group were significantly less/shorter than those in the controlled group(P<0.01). NDI showed that the cervical function in the two groups was improved after treatment,and the effect was better in the observation group than in the controlled group(P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse events in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion: American chiropractic therapy combined with traditional massage is effective,fast and safe for CV. It can effectively improve the cervical function.
