摘要
目的:观察婴幼儿肛瘘中医药保守治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我科2014年至2017年收治0￣3岁36例肛瘘患儿予以曹吉勋教授经验方保守治疗的临床资料。结果:36例患儿经过治疗后,外口红肿、外口分泌物、局部疼痛等症状均有缓解,治疗前后数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿的生活质量较前有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。停药4周后,上述指标评分与治疗前相比差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);说明患儿的临床症状有不同程度的复发。随访6个月至3年,痊愈1人,占2.78%;好转27人,占75%;复发8人,占22.22%。(P<0.05)。结论:"五味治瘘方"保守治疗婴幼儿肛瘘,具有缓解局部症状、防止肛瘘进展、促进肛瘘自愈、操作简便,痛苦小,患儿依从性强且避免早期手术损伤患儿肛周结构等优点,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine for treating infantile anal fistula. Methods: The clinical data of 36 cases of anal fistula admitted by our department from 2014 to 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: After treatment,the symptoms of external redness and swelling,external secretion,local pain and other symptoms were alleviated in 36 patients,and the data before and after treatment were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The quality of life of the children was improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 4 weeks of drug withdrawal,there was no statistically significant difference in the above index score compared with that before treatment(both P>0.05). The results indicated that the clinical symptoms of the children had different degrees of recurrence. Followed up for 6 months to 3 years,1 patient recovered,accounting for 2.78%;27,75%. Recurrence occurred in 8 patients,accounting for 22.22%(P<0.05). Conclusion: The conservative treatment of infantile anal fistula with Wuwei Zhilou Recipe has the advantages of relieving local symptoms,preventing anal fistula progression,promoting anal fistula self-healing,simple operation,little pain,strong compliance of children and avoiding early surgical injury of children with perianal structure.
