摘要
慢性肾衰病是多种病因引起肾脏损害和进行性恶化的结果,指肾脏的功能处于不能维持生物体内环境稳定状况的阶段,目前认为该病是一种不可逆的进行性损害,预后极差。对于慢性肾衰病病名病机医家各抒已见。笔者依据临床及文献发现,慢性肾衰病的病机为肾虚浊伏。故文章从中医古籍对慢性肾衰病的病名的认识,现代医家对慢性肾衰病病机的认识、肾虚浊伏探析慢性肾衰病的病机、从肾虚浊伏治疗慢性肾衰病等方面阐述慢性肾衰病的肾虚浊伏的病机,从而为慢性肾衰病治疗提供一定思路。
Chronic renal failure disease is the result of multiple causes kidney damage and progressive,refers to the function of the kidney is unable to maintain phase in environment stability conditions of the body,now think that the disease is an irreversible,progressive damage and poor prognosis. All doctors have expressed their opinions on the pathogenesis of chronic renal failure. According to the clinical and literature,the pathogenesis of chronic renal failure is deficiency and turbidity of the kidney. So the article from Chinese medical knowledge of the disease of chronic renal failure disease,modern physicians for the understanding of the pathogenesis of chronic renal failure disease,kidney turbidity analysis and pathogenesis of chronic renal failure disease,kidney turbidity in patients with chronic renal failure patients from chronic renal failure disease,including to the pathogenesis of kidney turbidity,and thus provide some ideas for chronic renal failure disease treatment.
