摘要
企业采购的过程当中,存在着很多不确定因素,这些不确定性因素会导致采购活动的结果偏离预定的采购计划,给企业带来采购风险,而采购风险会给企业带来损失。文中主要对采购过程当中存在的采购风险进行了类型研究,从几个主要的角度对采购风险进行了分类,有助于帮助企业区分、细化把握采购风险的类型。
In the process of enterprise procurement,there are many uncertainties,these uncertainties can cause the results of procurement activities to deviate from the intended procurement plan,bringing procurement risks to the enterprise,and the procurement risk will bring losses to the enterprise.This paper mainly studies the types of procurement risks in the procurement process,classification of procurement risks from several main perspectives,helps companies differentiate and refine the types of procurement risks.
