摘要
优化没食子酸的最佳提取工艺,为地榆在中药材方面的开发和利用提供依据。以出膏率和没食子酸提取量为评价指标,采用Plackett-Burnman设计联合Box-Behnken-响应面法对没食子酸的提取工艺进行考察。结果表明:没食子酸最佳提取条件为加33.5倍水,90℃下回流提取4.2h,提取2次。优化后的提取工艺稳定合理,可用于工业生产。
To optimize extraction process of gallic acid from Sanguisorba officinalis,and provide references for development and utilization of S.officinalis in Chinese herbal medicine,the extracting condition was optimized by Plackett-Burnman design and Box-Behnken response surface methodology with the extraction rate and extraction amount of gallic acid as the evaluation indexes.Results:The optimum extraction conditions included extracting two times with 33.5 folds water under 90℃,4.2 h for each time.The optimized extraction process was stable and reasonable,it could be used in industrial production.
