摘要
习近平总书记关于基层干部队伍建设的重要论述源于中国共产党历代领导人基层干部队伍建设思想的启迪、革命家庭和红色家风的滋养以及自身丰富基层干部经历的感悟。这一重要论述涵盖了基层干部的选拔任用、培养、监管和激励等多方面内容,是一个科学化、系统化的思想体系,对我国在新时代取得基层干部队伍建设新成效、推进基层治理现代化、进一步夯实党的执政根基以及为实现中华民族的伟大复兴凝聚基层力量等有着重要的实践价值。
General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions about the construction of grassroots cadres are inspired by successive leaders of Chinese communist party's thought on the construction of grassroots cadres and nurished by his revolutionary family and red family tradition and comes from his rich experience of grassroots cadre. They cover the selection, appointment, training, supervision and praise of grassroots cadres, which is a scientific and systematic ideology. It is of important practical value to help China gain new a- chievements in the construction of grassroots cadres in the new era, promote the modernization of grassroots governance, further consoli-date the party's ruling foundation, and unite the grassroots forces for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
