摘要
南阳牛在牛肉品质和皮革质量等经济性状诸方面具有独特优点,其适应性尤其是抗热能力突出。因此,南阳牛在遗传资源保存开发利用生产符合我国和亚洲人民食用习惯的高档牛肉方面具有重要地位,潜在经济效益巨大。目前,南阳牛纯种大幅减少,在杂交改良的同时,必须重视本品种选育,以近代遗传育种理论指导,培育新型南阳牛肉用品种,并就此提出一些建议。

The have important position, latent top-grade beef aspect economic effect that therefore, the Nanyang city cattle makes use of to give birth to a child according with our country and Asia people habit being used for food in inheriting resource preserving exploitation is enormous. At present, Nanyang city cattle purebred falls off by large margins, must take the breed breeding seriously while hybridization ameliorates, to inherit breeding theory at the modern times guiding, cultivate new model Nanyang city beef using a breed, submit a little suggestion and at this point.
