摘要
目的:探讨后踝骨折手术治疗的临床疗效。方法:收治后踝骨折患者28例,对骨折进行复位,空心钉、钢板固定。结果:经过平均12个月随访,按Leeds等标准进行功能评定,优26例,良2例。结论:后踝骨折空心钉钢板固定,只要选择正确,疗效显著。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of posterior malleolar fractures.Methods:28 patients with posterior malleolar fractures were selected,we performed reduction,cannulated nail and plate fixation on the fracture patients. Results:After 12 months of follow-up,according to leeds’ s standard of ankle joint,there were excellent in 26 cases,good in 2 cases.Conclusions:Fixation of posterior malleolar fracture treated with cannulated screw or support plate,as long as the method is chosen correctly,the effect is significant.
