间充质干细胞与复发性流产 被引量：2

摘要 复发性流产(RSA)的发生率为1%~5%,其病因复杂多样,且到目前为止仍有部分原因不明,导致治疗效果不佳,给女性带来生理及心理上的严重伤害[1]。阐明RSA的病因,探索精准治疗已成为该疾病迫切需要解决的问题,间充质干细胞(MSCs)为临床很多疾病的治疗提供了新思路、新方向并取得了令人可喜的研究成就,这其中就包括RSA与MSCs的相关研究。本文就目前MSS在KSA发生及治疗中的研究进展做一综述,以期为RSA的发病机制及治疗研究提供新方向,也为MSCs在RSA临床中的应用提供理论基础。
