摘要
随着大数据技术的日渐成熟,供应链各节点企业越来越重视在生产运营过程中产生的海量数据,供应链的决策环境随之发生变化,因此供应链需要一种新的模式来充分利用大数据。基于大数据环境下供应链各运作环节的价值创新过程分析,可以提出一种基于平台思想的供应链创新模式,并尝试建立传统供应链和平台型供应链的运营过程模型。采用蒙特卡洛方法对模型进行仿真可以验证平台型供应链模式对运营成本的优化结果。
With the maturity of big data technology,supply chain node enterprises pay more and more attention to the massive data generated in the process of production and operation,and the decision-making environment of supply chain has changed.Therefore,supply chain needs a new model to make full use of big data.By analyzing the value innovation process of each operation link in the supply chain under the big data environment,this paper puts forward a platform-based supply chain innovation model and tries to establish the operation process model of the traditional supply chain and the platform-based supply chain.Using Monte Carlo method to simulate the model can verify the optimization results of the platform-based supply chain model on operating costs.
