摘要
快易网球是国际网球联合会在网球教学经验研究基础上探讨出来的一种新型网球教学方法,主旨是通过趣味性和实用性克服网球学习过程中的消极被动的状态.通过快易网球与传统网球教学方法的对比及对高校网球课教学现状实验和问卷的分析,探讨快易网球在高校网球教学中的应用,指出快易网球能改进教学方式、丰富教学手段、提高学习氛围,可有效提高高校网球普修班的教学质量,推动我国网球运动健康发展.
Tennis Play-and-Stay is a new tennis teaching method explored by the International Tennis Federation on the basis of the study on tennis teaching experience,and its main purpose is to overcome the passive state in the process of tennis teaching by increasing interest and practicability.It discusses Tennis Play-and-Stay teaching method used in the university sports course by comparing the new teaching method with traditional tennis teaching methods and analyzing the current situation and questionnaires on university tennis teaching.By improving teaching methods,enriching teaching means and increasing study atmosphere,the method can improve the quality of tennis general course in universities and promote the sound development of tennis in China.
