摘要
为了明确项目建设过程中各阶段对造价的影响,从而帮助企业提高工程质量、降低建造成本、提高经济效益,概述了项目建设各阶段对工程造价的影响因素,使用层次分析法对工程造价的影响因素进行分析,论证在项目建设全过程中各阶段对造价的影响大小.论证结果表明,在项目建设过程中施工阶段对工程造价的影响最大;在各个阶段中影响最大的因素分别是:生产工艺的选择、总平面设计、规范价格的实施以及施工组织设计.通过分析影响力的不同提出相应地控制造价的建议和意见供相关企业参考.
In order to make clear the influence of each stage of the project construction on the cost,so as to help enterprises improve the project quality,reduce construction cost, and improve the economic benefit.We summarize the influencing factors of the project cost at each stage and make analysis of the influceing factor by use of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and demonstrate the influencing big or small in the whole process of project cost at each stage.The demonstration shows that the construction stage has the greatest influence on the project cost in the process of construction.The most influential factors in each stage are the selection of production process,the general plane design,the implementation of standard price and the design of construction organization.Though the analysis of different influence,the suggestion of controling project cost for relevant enterprises is made in this paper.
