摘要
生产技术的发展,智能制造技术的普遍应用,给高职院校气压与液压传动课程实践教学提出了更高要求,现有的实践条件、实践内容已经不能满足实际生产的需要。围绕气压与液压传动实践教学提出了理论与实践深度融合,增加气动部分比重,固定实验台和灵活实验器材相结合,借助信息化学习平台,通过任务驱动使学生自主探究、创新实践,培养学生安全生产意识,提升学生应对生产实际问题的能力。这样的教学改革在实践中效果显著,提高了学习主动性,拓宽了知识面,激发了创新热情,获得了成功感,懂得了团结协作的意义,对培养高技能创新人才有深远意义。
The development of production technology and the widespread application of intelligent manufacturing technology have put forward higher requirements for the practical teaching of pneumatic and hydraulic transmission courses in Higher Vocational colleges. The existing practical conditions and contents can no longer meet the needs of actual production. Based on the practice teaching of pneumatic and hydraulic transmission, puts forward the deep integration of theory and practice, increases the proportion of pneumatic part, combines fixed experimental platform with flexible experimental equipment, makes students explore and innovate their practice independently by means of task-driven learning platform, cultivates students' safety consciousness and improving students' ability to deal with practical problems in production. Such teaching reform has achieved remarkable results in practice, improved learning initiative, broadened knowledge, stimulated innovation enthusiasm, gained a sense of success, understood the significance of unity and cooperation, and has far-reaching significance for training high-skilled innovative talents.
