摘要
利用CATIA软件对电机支架的连接构件即工字连接件进行参数化实体建模,将模型通过软件接口导入ANSYS Workbench,对连接件进行有限元分析,得到工字连接件各阶固有频率和振型。分析结果表明,连接件低阶模态频率和振动幅度都较小,满足设计要求,为工字连接件的设计和改进提供了方法和依据。
The parametric solid model of the connecting component of the motor bracket, I-type connector, is modeled by CATIA software. The model is imported into the ANSYS Workbench through the software interface, and the finite element analysis of the connection is carried out by using the Model module, and the natural frequencies and vibration modes of each order are obtained. The analysis results show that the low order modal frequency and vibration amplitude of the connectors are small, which meets the design requirements and provides a method and basis for the design and improvement of the I-type connectors.
