摘要
目的分析妊娠糖尿病筛查中即时检验糖化学红蛋白(HbA1c)的应用效果。方法选择该院于2017年9月—2018年11月期间收治的妊娠糖尿病孕妇43例归为研究组,同期接受检查的正常妊娠孕妇43名归为对照组,比较两组孕妇的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)以及糖耐量(GCT),并比对两组孕妇不同指标在妊娠糖尿病方面的阳性检出率。结果研究组孕妇的HbA1c、FPG以及GCT均高于对照组孕妇,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组孕妇不同指标的妊娠糖尿病阳性检出率同样高于对照组孕妇,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病孕妇行即时糖化血红蛋白检验,具有较好的检出率,可以为孕妇后期的治疗提供有价值的参考资料。
Objective To analyze the application effect of glycochemical albumin(HbA1c) in the screening of gestational diabetes. Methods A total of 43 pregnant women with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled in the study group. 43 normal pregnant women who were examined at the same time were included in the control group. The glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) was compared between the two groups, as well as fasting blood glucose(FPG) and glucose tolerance(GCT), and compared the positive detection rate of different indicators of gestational diabetes in two groups of pregnant women. Results The HbA1c, FPG and GCT of the pregnant women in the study group were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive detection rate of gestational diabetes in different indexes of pregnant women in the study group was also higher than that in the control group. Statistical significance was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The immediate glycosylated hemoglobin test in pregnant women with gestational diabetes has a good detection rate and can provide valuable reference materials for the treatment of pregnant women.
