螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对2型糖尿病的冠状动脉病变的诊断价值被引量：5

摘要目的探讨分析螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(CTA)对2型糖尿病的冠状动脉病变的诊断价值。方法随机选取2017年7月—2018年7月于该院行冠状动脉造影及螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的2型糖尿病患者38例,评价CTA诊断2型糖尿病冠状动脉病变的准确性。结果 CTA能够对2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变诊断符合率较高,各程度狭窄的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值较高。结论 CTA诊断2型糖尿病可靠且无创,值得临床广泛应用。
