摘要
为研究船闸对主河道洪水的影响,探究船闸的分流作用,以新汴河及灵璧船闸为研究对象,运用MIKE21对研究区进行网格有限差分、参数率定得到水动力模型,将洪水演进过程进行二维模拟计算。模拟结果表明,在三种不同洪水频率以及船闸建成以后,主河道节制闸上、下游监测点水位下降值在0.106 m以内;而流速变化最大值达0.168 m/s,水位和流速均有较大变化幅度。同时,水流流向和流速在新汴河节制闸和船闸闸墩处发生改变,存在水流的阻滞效应和绕流现象,可能会对过水建筑物及大堤造成冲刷,需要配置闸口处导流设施以及加固堤防。在船闸工程建成后的几种洪水条件下,水流水位和流态变化响应明显,船闸工程对新汴河主河道行洪产生了一定影响,可为下游水文站点提供补偿资料。
In order to study the influence from shiplock on main channel flood and explore the diversion effect of shiplock, Xinbianhe River and Lingbi Shiplock are taken as the study objects, and then MIKE21is applied to make grid finite-difference and parameter rating for the study area, from which a hydrodynamic model is obtained and a 2-D simulative calculation is carried out on the flood routing process therein. The simulating result shows that the values of the water level drawdown at both the upstream and downstream monitoring points of the check gate of the main river channel are within 0.106 m for three different flood frequencies and after the complete of the shiplock, while the maximum value of the flow velocity reaches to 0.168 m and both the water level and the flow velocity have larger changing amplitudes. Meanwhile, the flow direction and the flow velocity are changed at the piers of the check gate on the Xinbianhe River and the shiplock along with the retardarce effect and roundabout phenomenon of water flow, which are possibly to make scouring on water-passing structures and levees, thus arranging diversion facilities at sluice gate and reinforcing embankment are necessary. Under several flood conditions, the changing responses of water flow level and flow regime are significant and a certain influence from the shiplock is there on the flood discharge of the main channel of Xinbianhe River, which can provide the supplemental data to the downstream hydrological stations concerned.
