摘要
大型真菌担孢子形态观察是指以孢子印和显微镜特征观察为主的鉴定形式,是大型真菌分类和菌物生物遗传多样性研究的重要手段。该文从孢子印制作、光学显微镜装片和电子显微镜扫描标本的制作及观察内容较全面地介绍并比较了几种担孢子形态观察常用的方法。
Morphological observation of Macro fungi spores refers to the identification form based on spore printing and microscopic observation, which is an important means for the classification of Macro fungi and the study of bacterial biodiversity. This paper had introduced and compared several common methods for the observation of the morphology of the spores, including spore printing, optical microscope loading and electron microscopy scanning specimens and observations.
