不同施氮水平下AMF对工业废弃地植物生产力和多样性的影响

摘要 [目的]探究不同施氮水平下丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)对工业废弃地植物生产力和多样性的影响。[方法]设计了水处理和灭菌及3个不同施氮水平的双因素六处理野外试验,分别测定植物群落的生产力及物种多样性。[结果]加入灭菌剂苯菌灵后,生产力及物种多样性均出现明显的下降;而随着施氮水平的增加,植物生产力及物种多样性均出现升高的趋势,并且在高氮水平下水处理与苯菌灵处理之间的差异达显著水平。[结论]苯菌灵处理对植物生产力有显著负效应;在一定氮素范围内,氮素含量有植物生产力和多样性存在正相关关系。 [Objective]In order to explore the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) on plant productivity and diversity in industrial wasteland under different nitrogen application levels.[Method]The field experiments of water treatment and sterilization and three two-factors six-treatments with different nitrogen application levels were designed to determine mycorrhizal infection rate,species density,coverage,productivity and species diversity of plant communities.[Result]The productivity and species diversity of plant communities decreased significantly with the addition of benzoxazole,while the productivity and species diversity of plant communities increased with the increase of nitrogen application level,and the difference between water treatment and benzoxazole treatment was significant at high nitrogen level.[Conclusion]Benomyl treatment had a significant negative effect on plant productivity,and there was a positive correlation between plant productivity and diversity in a certain range of nitrogen.
