大密铅酸蓄电池底胶的研究

摘要 对大密铅酸蓄电池底胶固化剂中胺类、增韧剂进行研究,通过测试体系的耐热性、拉伸强度、耐酸性和密封性,确定一种合适的底胶固化剂。选择二氨基二苯基甲烷作为胺类组分,脂肪族多支链聚酯多元醇作为增韧剂组分后,制备的底胶能满足大密铅酸蓄电池的要求。 The types and amounts of amines and toughening agents used in the solidifying agent of base glue for sealed lead-acid batteries were studied.By testing the heat resistance,tensile strength,acid resistance and sealability of the system,a suitable undercoat curing agent was determined.Diaminodiphenylmethane was chosen as amine component and aliphatic polyester polyols as toughener component.The prepared primer can meet the requirements of large sealed lead-acid batteries.
