摘要
由于电解铅和精铅是铅酸蓄电池行业常用的两种铅,因此区分它们对生产经营具有重要意义。从光谱、金相、硬度和拉伸测试4个方面进行分析的结果显示,金相和硬度测试不能直接区分这两种铅。基于精铅和电解铅的生产工艺,采用光谱分析可以从Bi元素和Ag元素含量上进行区分。电解铅和精铅的力学性质有一定差异,因此拉伸强度测试也可以区分电解铅和精铅。
The electrolytic lead and refined lead are two kinds of lead commonly used in the lead-acid battery industry.It is important to distinguish two kinds of lead for production and management.In this paper,the two kinds of lead are analyzed by spectrum,metallography,hardness and tensile tests.The results show that the refined lead and electrolytic lead can’t be distinguished by metallography and hardness tests.Based on the differences of manufacturing process,the two kinds of lead can be distinguished from the contents of Bi element and Ag element by emission spectrometer.In addition,the electrolytic lead and refined lead are different in mechanical properties,and they can be distinguished by tensile strength test.
